摘　　要：目的 :建立检测和评价连锁毒饵的方法 ;方法 :设计了食含毒粪便的连锁药效检测 ;结果 :以公认具连锁作用的毒饵 (Combat)进行验证 ,订出了连锁药效第 8d死亡率≥ 85 %的评价标准 ;结论 :该方法准确科学 ,并获得了国家农药登记注册机构认可 。Objective:To establish a testing method and evaluate the chain killing efficacy of roach bait.Methods: New test method designed for chain killing efficacy based on poisoned dejecta.Results:The method was proved accurate and rational by combat,and the eighth day mortality≥85% was set as the chain killing efficacy evaluation standard.Conclusion:The method is accurate and scientific.It has been accepted by pesticide registration organization for generalization.
