摘　　要：介绍一种采用独特仿真优化模型研究成功的炼油厂催化裂化装置在线使用的仿真优化系统.该系统在不改动生产设备的条件下,通过优化工艺条件,实现优质高产,为老业改造带来了生机,为实现计算机优化控制提供了一条有效途径.This paper introduced a new way to optimize production technology by simulation optimization model and a system for on-line simulation optimization in the FCC . Under the condition of unchanged production facilities and by means of optimizing technology, the system succeeded in keeping good quality and high output, provided an effective way to computer optimization control and went further to give life to old large enterprises.
