摘　　要：给出了用.Net技术实现工程建设管理系统的方法,给出了系统的总体框架设计和在.NET架构下系统的具体实现,对用户界面层、网络信息发布层、数据访问层、数据层进行了明确的解释,并给出了具体实例;同时对数据转换、数据传输等关键技术的解决方法进行了阐述,是用.NET技术实现系统集成的典型案例。The article gives a method for implementing the supervising management system of construction engineering by using .NET. It gives us the whole fame of the system and gives the realization under the .NET. It explains user interface tier, promulgation of network information tire, data access tier and data tier, and it gives real cases. It discusses many critical skills for transforming data, transmitting data. It is a typical case of integrating the separated working system by using .NET.
