摘　　要：政府办公自动化是电子政务系统的一个重要组成部分,实现政府办公自动化是提高办公质量和效率、促进政务公开的一个重要手段。以国家质量监督检验检疫总局办公自动化系统为原型,阐述了政府办公自动化系统的设计和实现方法,描述了系统的功能和特点,介绍了推广应用措施和效果。The office automation system for government plays a major role in e-government construction. Its implementation helps to improve the quality of service and efficiency and to promote the progress of building an openness goverment Based on the application prototype of office automation system in General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine (AQSIQ), the method of design and implementation of the office automation system for government application is discussed in this paper. The major function and main features of the system is described and the approach of promotion and the effect of application are introduced.
