摘　　要：运动特征在某种程度上反映了当前视频的部分语义特征 ,是描述视频内容的一种重要信息。本文提出了描述全局摄像机运动及特征提取方法 。Motion character of camera reflects some semantic features of the video to the certain extent.It is an important clue to describe the content of a video sequence.The paper pres ented a video retrieval system based on motion character and described the globa l camera motion,and presented the method of video character.
