摘　　要：目的 :减少老年人股骨粗隆间骨折褥疮、呼吸系统及泌尿系统的感染 ,降低患者的死亡率。方法 :采用折断式加压螺纹钉固定。结果 :优良率 93% ,无合并感染及死亡。结论 :采用折断式加压螺钉固定治疗老年人股骨粗隆间骨折 ,降低了患者并发症发生率及死亡率 ,还有住院时间短、费用低。compress screw to treament for femoral intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly was used.It can reduce the bedsore,infection of respiration and urinary system,the death rate.It also can shorten the time of hospitalization.It is a good choice in treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in the elderly.
