摘 要:以造纸废弃芦苇末再生合成的芦苇末基质是正在华东地区推广以替代草炭的本土化有机基质。本研究以康奈尔复合基质B为对照 ,对以芦苇末为主要成分 (体积比占 5 0 %以上 )的 1 0个基质配比的基本理化性状进行测定 ,考察其在甜椒穴盘育苗上的应用效果。结果表明 75 %芦苇末混合 2 5 %蛭石的混配基质最佳 ,该混配基质能提供 2 1 %的通气孔隙 ,5 7%的持水孔隙 ,具有很好的吸水、保水性能 ,甜椒穴盘苗根系生长良好 ,根系能缠绕基质块形成良好的根坨 ,植株生长健壮。Reed residue substrate, a new organic substrate made from solid wastes of paper-mill, was developed and extended in East China as peat alternative for soilless culture and nursery production. In this study, 10 formulas based on reed residue were used in capsicum plug seedling production, Cornell complex B was used as the control. The results showed that 75% of reed residue plus 25% of vermiculite was the best formula, and significantly better than the control. A substrate of this formula could provide 21% of the air space, 57% of the container capacity, thus creating good water absorption and keeping capacity. Seedlings grown on this substrate had good root lump and vigor plant.
