摘  要:将改性的丝光沸石用于固定床半再生重整催化剂的研究结果表明:在重整催化剂中引入适当量、适当硅铝比的丝光沸石,可以改善催化剂的性能;丝光沸石上引入适量的磷,可以调变丝光沸石的酸分布,使丝光沸石的强酸中心向中强酸和弱酸转化;引入上述改性的丝光沸石,可以为催化剂提供部分酸性,减少反应过程的补氯量,而催化剂的比表面积和金属分散度没有明显改变,但对孔径分布有一定的影响。Modified mordenites and their applications in semi-regeneration reforming catalysts have been investigated. The results showed that the incorporation of appropriate concentration morde- nite having proper SiO2/Al2O3 mole ratio into the catalyst could improve its performance. The addition of phosphorus could alter the acid strength distribution of the mordenite, and the strong acid sites could convert to medium and weak strength acid sites. Incorporation of above said modified mordenite could provide some acidity and reduce the amount of chlorine make up in the reforming process, however, no obvious changes of metal dispersion and surface area of the catalysts were observed, but pore size distribution was changed to some extent.
