摘 要:为生产更多的优质中间馏分油,抚顺石油化工研究院以特制改性的Y型分子筛和新法β分子筛进行复合作为裂化组分,以金属钨-镍为加氢组分开发了FC-16多产中间馏分油加氢裂化催化剂,实验室和工业放大制备出的该种催化剂与国内外现有同类催化剂相比,中间馏分油选择性不低于参比剂,而活性明显提高,在相同条件下反应温度可降低10℃左右,具有更大的操作灵活性。FC-16 hydrocracking catalyst was developed for producing more middle distillates. The catalyst was formulated by combining the modified Y zeolite with β molecular sieve as cracking component and nickel/tungsten as hydrogenation component. In comparison with the same type catalyst home and abroad, the evaluation result exhibited that the selectivity of middle distillates of the said catalyst prepared by both laboratory and scale-up was not lower, however, the activity was obviously higher. The reaction temperature could drop about 10℃ at same operating conditions. Moreover, it also had higher operation flexibility.
