摘 要:为解决棉花种子发芽试验中氧气和水分的矛盾 ,本研究对两个棉花品种运用不同类型的沙床和不同温度进行发芽试验。结果表明 ,30℃恒温下采用细沙发芽床发芽率显著下降 ;采用粗砂和混沙在 30℃恒温、2 5℃恒温和 2 0~ 30℃变温下发芽 ,发芽率无显著差异 ,其平均发芽天数显著短于细沙 ;30℃恒温下使用粗砂和混沙 ,平均发芽天数最短。In order to solve the contradiction between oxygen and water, germination tests were conducted to evaluate the effect of different temperature and different kinds of sandy bed for two varieties of cotton seeds. The results indicated that the percentage of germination was significantly decreased at 30℃ when fine sand was used as germination bed. When coarse sand and mixed sand were used as germination bed at 30℃, 25℃ and 20-30℃, there were no significant differences between the percentage of germination. However the rate of germination on coarse sandy bed or mixed sandy bed was higher than that on the fine sand bed. And the rate of germination was highest when coarse sand and mixed sand were used as germination bed at 30℃.
