复方新诺明(SMZ-TMP)对芫荽(Coriandrum stativum)种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响

摘　　要：不同浓度的复方新诺明溶液对芫荽种子的发芽率无明显影响 ,但对其发芽势影响较大 ,除 2 .0 0 mg· L- 1 处理外 ,其余各处理较对照都有极显著提高。对苗高、苗重及根长、根重和蛋白质、叶绿素、可溶性糖含量均有显著提高。以 0 .5 mg·L- 1 处理效果最好.This study showed that various SMZ-TMP concentration had no obviously influence on the germination percentage of coriander seeds, but influenced the germination viability except the treatment of 2.00 mg·L -1. All treatments had markedly raised plant height, fresh weight, dry weight, root length, root fresh weigh, root dry weight, the contents of protein, chlorophyll and soluble sugar. In this series, treatment of 0.5mg·L -1 was much better.
