摘  要:目的 研究大鼠第三脑室壁和第四脑室底接触脑脊液神经元的形态及作用。方法 用扫描电镜观察接触脑脊液神经元的形态。结果 在全部材料中的第三和第四脑室都观察到了接触脑脊液神经元呈球形膨大的树突终末和轴突终末 ,在少数材料中还观察到了胞体。树突终末及胞体的表面有少量成簇的纤毛 ,轴突表面光滑无纤毛。结论 在大鼠第三脑室的室旁器等室周器官以及第四脑室的最后区及蓝斑区等处证实有接触脑脊液神经元的存在 ,这些神经元可能通过脑脊液途径参与下丘脑Objective To investigate the morphology and effect of CSF contacting neurons in the third ventricular wall and the fourth ventricular floor of rats.Methods Scanning electron microscope was used to observe CSF contacting neurons.Results In all specimens,the axon and dendrite terminals of the CSF contacting neurons were found.In some of the specimens,the bodies of the neurons were also found. There were a few of grouped sterocilia on the surface of the dendritic terminals and bodies. The surface of the axon was smooth and no cilium was found.Conclusion There definitely are CSF contacting neurons in the periventricular organs in both the third and the fourth ventricles of the rats.These neurons may be involved in the regulatory function of the hypothalamo hypophyseal system and of the sleep mechanism.
