摘　　要：目的　探讨聚合酶链反应 (PCR)检测女性首次排空尿 (FVU)诊断女性尿道淋球菌感染的价值。方法　取 50 4例性病门诊女性就诊者的尿道拭子、宫颈拭子及FVU ,行PCR检测。根据尿道拭子PCR结果判断FVU PCR的检验效果。结果　共有 52例淋病 ,尿道淋球菌感染 31例 ,FVU PCR检测出 30例 ,敏感性为 96 77% ,4例尿道拭子PCR阴性而FVU PCR阳性 ,特异性为 99 1 %。结论　FVUObjective To evaluate the diagnostic performance of PCR test for the first void urine(FVU)to detect female urethral gonococcus infection Methods Endocervical and urethral swabs and FVU were collected from 504 females visiting STD clinics All specimens were detected by PCR The performance of FVU-PCR test was estimated by the results of PCR with urethal swabs Results Fifty two cases of gonorrhea and 31 cases of urethral gonococcus infection were detected PCR identified 30 cases of gonococcus infection in FVU Four cases were negative by PCR with urethral swabs,but proved to be positive by FVU-PCR The sensitivity and specificity of FVU-PCR were 96 8% and 99 1% respectively Conclusion The assay of FVU-PCR is sensitive and specific for the diagnosis of female urethral gonorrhea
