摘　　要：通过对一例弄虚作假、以抄袭论文申请查新被发现的案例分析,提出了科研管理、稿件刊登和查新咨询工作中应注意的一些问题。With discussion and by a deep analysis to a case of plagiarizing paper,some solutions to improve scientific research management,paper review and projects evaluation based on information retreval and analysis are presented.
