摘　　要：“东引西进”战略是当前河南经济实现跨越式发展的重要途径 ,其关键是引进东部的资金。The strategy of improting from the eastern parts and marchins is an important way to make our province's economy develop with great speed . The focal point is the capital?technology and emphasiz on opening up the vast market of the western parts of China.
