摘  要:为提高氯化聚丙烯涂膜的性能 ,用正交实验研究了烘烤温度对涂膜性能的影响。结果表明 :烘烤温度对氯化聚丙烯涂膜的光泽度有显著影响 ,随着烘干温度的升高 ,光泽度显著改善 ;动态热机械结果表明 ,氯化聚丙烯的软化点在60~ 90℃之间 ,正交实验得到的烘干温度正好处在氯化聚丙烯的相变温度范围 。To improve the performance of chlorinated polypropylene (CPP) paint films, the effect of baking temperature on the performance of the films was studied by means of orthogonal tests The results of the tests proved that baking temperature had important influence on the glossiness of the coating films of CPP, and the glossiness of the films got better when the baking temperature increased from 20 ℃ to 80 ℃ The result of dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA) indicated that the softening point of CPP was between 60℃ to 90 ℃ which was just among the temperature of the phase transformation of CPP, which was the key reason for the improvement of the glossiness of the coating films
