苏菊×明虎与秋丰×白玉的耐氟性测定

摘　　要：2002年秋期对江浙地区发种量最大的苏菊×明虎、秋丰×白玉二对主要夏秋用品种进行了耐氟能力的测定,测定方法采用氟敏指数法,测定结果:秋丰×白玉正、反交的耐氟性强于苏菊×明虎正、反交,尤其在200mg/kgNaF溶液浓度添食时,这种表现更为明显。The fluoride tolerance of two hybrids,SuJu MingHu and QiuFengBaiYu,which were two of the most popular summer and autumn rearing varieties in Zhejiang and Jiangsu Province,were tested by means of sensitive index of fluoride toxicosis in autumn of2002.Results showed that fluoride tolerance of QiuFengBaiYu in reciprocal cross was stronger than SuJu MingHu,especially when fed with mulberry leaves soaked in the solution of200mg /kg NaF concentration.
