摘　　要：由于旧油管内有油污、氧化皮、石蜡及其它粘附物,以及具有管径小、油管长等特殊性,旧油管内防腐一直成为难点,国内尚无专用装置对旧油管进行有效的内防腐。为此,设计了一种旧油管内防腐装置,它主要由内防腐喷枪、限位装置、减速机构及空气压缩机等组成,其中喷枪可以在油管内活动自如喷射非金属液体进行内防腐。从现场应用情况看,单人可操作两只喷头,一天喷涂油管100根,喷涂速度均匀,油漆厚度一致,效率较高。喷涂后的油管堆放露天场所2个月,基本无锈蚀现象。To solve the problem of the internal anti-corrosion of used tubings, a system for preventing inside corrosion of used tubings is developed. The system is comprised of spray gun, stop device, reducing mechanism and air compressor. A coating of non-metallic liquid is sprayed onto the internal wall of the tubing by the spray gun to preventing corrosion. No corrosion and rust is produced in the inside wall of the used tubings after treatment even if they are placed in the open air for 2 months.
