摘　　要：为了测试电潜泵井在高电压条件下的耗电情况,研制出SD—Ⅰ型电潜泵油井测功仪。该仪器可以带电测量电潜泵的三相电流、三相电压、有功功率和功率因数等参数,采用LCD点阵液晶显示屏显示,掉电数据保存,测量精度0.5级。该测功仪测试电潜泵井65井次,显示了两个主要技术特点:(1)具有数据采集、存储、处理和回放等功能,可在电潜泵井不停产的情况下进行测试;(2)可测试电压、电流和功率因数等,为油田掌握电潜泵井的系统效率、耗电情况及进行工艺决策提供可靠依据。In order to test the power consumption of ESP (electric submersible pump) wells under the condition of high voltage (380-2500 V), Model SD-1 power test instrument is developed. This instrument can measure such parameters as three-phase current, three-phase voltage, active power and power factor of an ESP well. It has two main technical points: (1) carrying out testing in ESP wells without stopping production, provided with such functions as data acquisition, storage, processing and displaying; (2) being capable of measuring current, voltage and power factor, providing a basis for production technology planning.
