摘　　要：针对目前注聚作业中聚合物溶液质量不稳定,容易产生“鱼眼”等问题,研制了HLW—15型注聚混合器。这种混合器应用切向喷射原理,采用喷射器切向进入,内外双筒结构中布置层次扰流板,形成旋转的水漫,使粉剂和溶液在动态中混合,从而有效地解决了以上问题。在室内试验与型式试验中,严格模拟现场情况,与美国Pfizer公司的混合器进行对比,结果表明,HLW—15型注聚混合器主要技术指标接近或超过国外20世纪90年代同类产品。In view of the problem that the 'fish eye' is apt to occur in the polymer solution in the operation of polymer injection, Model HLW-15 jet mixer is developed. The mixer adopts a structure of internal and external barrels with dragpistons. The water is injected to the internal barrel in a tangential direction through the nozzle, forming rotary nappe and making the powder mixed in the solution in a dynamic state. By using this mixer, the problem of 'fish eye' can be solved. Contrast test shows that the mixer has very good performance.
