摘　　要：最优资本结构指在公司的加权平均资本成本降到最低限度的同时,公司的市场价值和股票价值最大化的资本结构。EBIT-EPS分析法是一种方便有效的定量分析方法,因素分析法是一种不可或缺的定性分析法,企业最优资本结构的确定应采用定量分析与定性分析相结合的方式,即以EBIT-EPS分析法为主并辅之以因素分析法。Optimal capital structure is the capital structure with which the market and stock value of company can be greatly maximized while the average capital cost is minimized.The EBITEPS analysis technique is a convenient and effective quantitative analysis method and factor analysis method is indispensable in doing qualitative analysis.The authors propose that for the optimum capital structure,a combined scheme of quantitative and qualitative analysis should be employed i.e.priority should be given to EBITEPS analysis technique while using factor analysis approach.
