摘　　要：研究了在Tween -80和CTMAB混合离子表面活性剂存在下 ,钴与 1 -( 2 -吡啶偶氮 ) -2 -奈酚 (PAN)的显色反应 .结果表明 ,在碱性条件下 ,Co2 + 与PAN ,CTMAB ,Tween -80形成绿色络合物 ,λmax=5 84nm ,ε6 0 5=8.7× 1 0 4 L·mol- 1 ·cm- 1 ,钴在 0～ 1 0 μg 2 5mL范围内服从比耳定律 .在拟定条件下 ,以混合试剂掩蔽 ,直接光度法测定工业废水中微量钴 。The color reaction of cobalt(Ⅱ) and PAN phenyl fuorone is studied in the presence of mixed surfactants CTMAB and Tween-80.The results show that Co 2+ -PAN-CTMAB and Tweem-80 form into the purplish green complex under the condition at acerbity.Its absorption maximum is 8.7×10 4 at 584 nm.Bee's low is obeyed for cobalt(Ⅱ) in the range of 0～10 μg/25mL.The directly spectrophotometric method has been applied to determine trace amount of cobalt(Ⅱ) in the industrial liquid waster,vitamin B 12 by mixed reagent for masking agent.
