酶在玉米—豆粕日粮中的应用研究进展

摘　　要：本文综述了NSP酶、α—半乳糖苷酶、植酸酶、淀粉酶、蛋白酶及复合酶等对玉米—豆粕日粮养分消化率和畜禽生产性能影响的研究进展。大多数的研究结果表明 ,在玉米—豆粕型日粮中添加酶能够不同程度地提高养分消化率和畜禽生产性能 ,但在玉米—豆粕型日粮中进一步推广应用 。The effects of NSP enzymes,α—galactosidase,phytase,amylase,protease and a compound enzyme on nutrient digestibility and animal performance of corn-soybean meal diet were reviewed in this paper.Most of experiment results showed that the enzyme addition into corn-soybean meal diets could improve nutrient digestibility and animal performance in some extent.However,some problems should be resolved when the enzymes are further spread and applied in a corn-soybean meal diet.
