EFFECTS OF ACIDIFIERS ON PERFORMANCE AND BODY ACID-BASE BALANCE OF PIGLETS

摘  要:进行两个试验以考察不同种类、不同剂量酸化剂对仔猪生长和体内酸碱平衡的影响。试验A采用24头平均体重(6.10±0.35)kg、(28±1)日龄断奶的杜×长×大杂交仔猪 ,分为4个处理组 ,在玉米—豆粕型基础饲粮中分别添加0.6 %盐酸、1.5 %柠檬酸和0.25 %复合酸 ;试验B采用36头平均体重(5.25±0.3)kg、(28±1)日龄断奶的杜×长×大杂交仔猪 ,分为6个处理组 ,在对照组基础上分别添加0.6 %、1.2 %、2.4 %盐酸、2.4 %盐酸 +2.04 %碳酸氢钠、2.4 %盐酸 +2.38 %柠檬酸钠 ;仔猪饲养4周。结果表明 ,在断奶后头两周内 ,添加1.5 %柠檬酸、0.25 %复合酸、0.6 %盐酸分别提高仔猪日增重10.5 %(P<0.05)、9.2 % (P<0.05)、5.9 %~7.1 % (P<0.10),降低了腹泻发生率 ,对血液 pH值、[HCO3-]、[C1-]没有影响 ;而添加2.4 %盐酸则降低日增重14.2 % (P<0.05) ,降低了血液 pH值 (P<0.05)、[HCO3-](P<0.05) ,尿液 pH值和[HCO3-]排泄量极显著下降 (P<0.01),尿中氨N含量和占总排泄N的比例上升 (P<0.05) ,表明机体有代谢性酸中毒趋势发生。Two experiments was conducted to study the effect of different kinds and levels of acidifiers supplementation on performance and body acid-base balance in piglets.In experiment A,24crossbred weanling piglets with an average inital body weight of6.1±0.35kg,weaned at28±1d of age,were diˉvided into4groups and fed corn-soybean meal-based diet without(control)or with0.6%hydrochloric acid(HCl),1.5%citric acid,0.25%complex acid.In experiment B,36crossbred weanling piglets with an average initial body weight of5.25±0.3kg,weaned at28±1d of age,were divided into6groups and fed basal diet without(control)or with0.6%,1.2%,2.4%HCl,2.4%HCl+2.04%NaCHO 3 ,2.4%%HCl+2.38%Na-citrate.In both experiments,pigles were fed for4weeks.During the first two weeks after weaning,the inclusion of1.5%citric acid,0.25%complex acid,0.6%HCl increased average daily gain(ADG)by10.5%(P<0.05)、9.2%(P<0.05)、5.9%~7.1%(P<0.10),reduced scour incidence,and had no effects on blood pH,[HCO 3- ]、[Cl - ];but addition of2.4%HCl reduced ADG by14.2%(P<0.05).The addition of2.4%HCl reduced the pH value,HCO 3- of blood and urine,increased[Cl - ],ammonia N excretion,and the ratio of ammonia N to total secretion N in urine,induced metabolic acidosis,but the metabolic acidosis could be relaxed by addition of NaCHO 3 or Na-citrate.
