摘　　要：目的　探讨聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射法隆乳远期临床效果。方法　对 3 66例聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射法隆乳半年以上者 ,进行随访 ,对其并发症、外形、手感、乳房感觉及肾功能进行总结及分析 ,做出远期效果评价。结果　 3 66例患者中 ,出现硬结 11例 (手感不满意 10例 ) ;外形不对称 3例 ;无乳房感觉不满意者 ;无肾功能异常者。结论　聚丙烯酰胺水凝胶注射法隆乳安全简便 ,远期效果满意 。Objective To explore the long-term clinical effect of breast augmentation by injecting medical polyacrylamide hydrogel. Methods Follow-up over half a year were performed for 366 cases of breast augmentation by injecting medical polyacrylamide hydrogel, the complications, outer appearance, touch feelings, breast sense and renal function were summarized and analyzed for a long term clinical effect evaluation. Results Among all these 366 cases, there were induration in 11, unsatisfactory hand feeling in 10, induration with unsatisfactory outer appearance in 3, No unsatisfactory breast sense end, malfunction of kidney happened. Conclusion Breast augmentation by injecting medical polyacrylamide hydrogel is simple and safe while with satisfied long term effects, no toxic reaction on kidney occured.
