摘  要:目的 了解相对静息期增生性瘢痕、瘢痕疙瘩中凋亡特性和凋亡蛋白的表达分布。方法 利用免疫组化的方法 ,检测静息期增生性瘢痕、瘢痕疙瘩凋亡相关蛋白的表达分布和强弱。结果 发现两者的表达均处于瘢痕上皮的基底细胞层、小血管、及皮肤附件周围细胞。增生性瘢痕中 ,Bax在上述区域的表达更强 ,瘢痕疙瘩中Bax表达 ,较Bcl-2弱 ,在瘢痕疙瘩中发现 2例在瘢痕中心区的Bcl- 2弱表达。结论 静息期增生性瘢痕、瘢痕疙瘩 ,有着与增殖期不同的凋亡特性 ,凋亡上皮的基底层细胞、小血管、残存的皮肤附件周围的细胞 。Objective To study the expression and histological distributive characteristic of apoptosis related gene Bcl-2 gene and Bax gene in relative resting hypertrophic scar and keloid. Methods Utilize Immunohistochemistry to detect the expression and distributing of Bcl-2 gene and Bax gene in relative resting hypertrophic scar and keloid. Results Bcl-2 gene and Bax gene was all expression in basal layer of scar epidermis, perivascular and skin appendages cells. The positive expression of Bax gene was higher than Bcl-2 gene in above-mentioned area in hypertrophic scar , whail it lower expression than Bcl-2 gene in keloid. There were two weak expression of Bcl-2 gene in the centre of keloid. Conclusion Relative resting hypertrophic scar and keloid has a characteristic of apoptosis different from active one. The cells in basal layer of scar epidermis, perivascular and skin appendages could playinged a pivotal role during scar remodelling and apoptosis in the future.
