摘  要:目的 研究银杏叶提取物对血管性痴呆的治疗作用。方法 采用反复夹闭双侧颈总动脉再灌注血管性痴呆模型 ,应用避暗法、胆碱酯酶染色观察了银杏叶提取物对大鼠记忆功能及海马胆碱能纤维的影响。结果 银杏叶提取物可以明显改善血管性痴呆大鼠的记忆功能 ,同时可以使海马胆碱能纤维的密度增加。结论 银杏叶提取物对血管性痴呆大鼠有显著的治疗作用 ,其机制可能与增加海马胆碱能纤维的密度有关。Objective To study the therapeutic effect of ginkgo bibloba extract on vascular dementia.Methods An animal model of VD was established through repeated cerebral ischemia-reperfusion in rats with repeated occlusion of bilateral common carotid arteries. The rats were tested with passive and active avoidance conditioned responses.The hippocampal tissues were studied for cholinergic fibers with acetylcholinesterase dye.The effect of ginkgo bibloba extract on memory of model animals and cholinergic fibers in the hippocampus was observed.Results Ginkgo bibloba extract could obviously improve the memory of model animals, and could increase obviously the density of cholinergic fibers in the hippocampus.Conclusions Ginkgo bibloba extract has highly therapeutic effect on vascular dementia.The mechanism may be related with the improvement of the density of cholinergic fibers in the hippocampus.
