摘　　要：本文着重分析了北京公交运营组织与调度的现状和问题,提出了区域运营组织与调度的初步设想。对支持区域运营组织与调度的关键技术作了进一步描述。并对运营组织与调度区域化的效益进行了分析。This paper lays special stress on the analysis of current situation and problems of Beijing operation organization and dispatch,presents a tentative idea about regional operation organization and dispatch.Then the paper gives further description of key techniques supporting such application.Finally,it also makes a benefit analysis of adopting new system.
