摘　　要：为探讨护理文件质量新的管理模式,作者认真的研究ISO9000标准,结合多年护理和病案管理实践,提出ISO9000标准应用于护理文件质理管理的思路。本文具体的论述实施ISO9000标准的必要性、重点及多层监督的要点。为护理文件质理管理提供了新的思维和管理模式。For discussing the new management pattern of quality assurance of nursing documents, the author advanced the thinking way of the application of ISO9000 in the quality assurance of nursing documents, based on studying the ISO9000 carefully, and combining the many years'personal experiences in nursing and medical record management. In this article, the author dissertated about the necessity of the implementation of ISO9000 of nursing documents, and the key point of multilayer of supervisory, which provides both a new thinking way and management pattern for the quality assurance of nursing documents.
