肤康片在联合电熨治疗宫颈糜烂中的疗效

摘　　要：目的 :观察肤康片联合电熨在治疗宫颈糜烂中的作用。方法 :电熨后口服肤康片 ,分 4组 ,每日阴道用甲硝唑 1粒作为对照组 ,另三组分别加用肤康片 4# tid;6# tid;8# tid,于服药后 1月、2个月、3个月通过阴道镜及图片计算糜烂面积 ,观察疗效。结果 :电熨联合口服给药提高了痊愈率。结论 :肤康片联合电熨治疗宫颈糜烂易行、安全 。Objective:To observe the efficacy of Asiaticoside plus electro coagulation in the treatment of cervical erosion. Methods:134 cases were chosen and divided into four groups randomly. The patients using electro coagulation, metronidazole vaginal effervescent tablets were in the control group. The patients taking asiaticoside tablet and combined with electro coagulation were in the treatment group. According to the dosage of 4,6,8 tablets, others were classified into group. After electro coagulation, all of the patients were followed up in the 1st,2nd and 3rd month. The dimension of erosion was calculated through the colposcopic picture. Results: The cure rate of the treatment group (88.33%) was higher than that of the control group(52.94%). There was statistically significant difference between the two groups ( P <0.05). The efficacy of decreasing erosion area was much more increased with 8 tablets of asiaticoside. Conclusion: Asiaticoside has a lot of merits, such as convenience, no side effect and high effecacy. It could be used to treat cervical erosion in different situation.
