胃炎消对胃癌癌前病变的作用机理探讨

摘　　要：【目的】探讨胃炎消(主要由太子参、田七、莪术、白花蛇舌草、生甘草等组成)逆转胃癌癌前病变(PLGC)的作用机制。【方法】采用链霉素抗生物素蛋白—过氧化酶(LSAB)免疫组化法,检测胃炎消治疗组及维酶素对照组共35例胃癌癌前病变患者治疗前后细胞周期素依赖性激酶(CDK_4)、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)和Ki-67的蛋白表达。【结果】CDK_4蛋白在PLGC的阳性率普遍较高,与正常空白对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),两组治疗前后比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05);PCNA和Ki-67抗原的蛋白表达阳性率随着胃粘膜病变的进展而递增,治疗后胃炎消治疗组的阳性表达显著减少(P<0.05),维酶素对照组无明显变化(P>0.05)。【结论】胃炎消有抑制PLGC细胞过度增殖的作用,对CDK_4的蛋白表达无明显影响。[Objective] To explore the therapeutic mechanism of Weiyan Xiao (WX) for precancerous lesions of gastric cancer (PLGC). WX is mainly composed of Radix Pseudostellariae, Radix Notoginseng, Rhizoma Curcumae, Herba Hedyotis Diffusae and Radix Glycyrrhizae. [ Methods ] Thirty-five cases of PLGC were allocated to WX group and Weimeisu Group. Protein expression of CDK4, proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and Ki-67 were detected before and after treatment by immunohistochemistry. [Results] Positive rate of CDK4 expression in PLGC was high ( P > 0.05 as compared with the normal control group) and the differences in the two treatment groups were insignificant ( P > 0.05) . Expressions of PCNA and Ki-67 were increased gradually with the progress of precancerous lesions and WX could significantly inhibited their expression ( P < 0.05) while Weimeisu had no obvious inhibitory effect ( P > 0.05). [Conclusion] WX can inhibit the hyper-proliferation of gastric mucosa with PLGC and has no effect on the expression of CDK4.
