降脂宁血煎对高脂血症患者血液流变学及血浆纤溶酶原激活物、抑制物的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察降脂宁血煎对高脂血症患者血液流变学和血浆纤溶酶原激活物、抑制物的影响。方法　高脂血症患者 1 0 0例 ,随机分成治疗组 70例 ,对照组 30例 ,分别用降脂宁血煎和非诺贝特治疗 8周 ,检测治疗前后 2组血液流变学和血浆纤溶酶原激活物、抑制物变化情况。结果　 2组治疗后全血黏度 (高切和低切 )、血浆黏度、血浆纤溶酶原抑制物均显著下降 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,血浆纤溶酶原激活物显著升高 ,其中治疗组全血黏度低切、血浆纤溶酶原抑制物的改善情况显著优于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　降脂宁血煎治疗高脂血症疗效确切 ,并可有效地降低血黏度和改善机体纤溶功能 。Objective To observe the effect of Jiangzhiningxuejian on hemorheology and plasma plasminogen activator and inhibitor (PA-I) in patients with hyperlipemia. Methods 100 patients with hyperlipemia were randomly divided into treatment group (n=70) treated with Jiangzhiningxuejian and the control group(n=30) treated with fenofibrate.Hemorheology and PA-I were detected before and after treatment for 8 weeks. Results After 8 week's treatment, there were very significant depressions in whole blood viscosity (high shear rate and low shear rate), plasma viscosity, plasma PA-I and very significant increase in plasma plasminogen activator (PA) in both groups (P<0.01), there were more significant decreases in low shear rate of whole blood viscosity and plasma PA-I in treatment group than those in control group  (P<0.05).  Conclusion Jiangzhiningxuejian is effective in treating patients with hyperlipemia by effectively reducing blood viscosity and improving function of organ fibrin lysis, thus which is benificial to the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis.
