丹参注射液、川芎嗪合用治疗中、重度妊娠高血压综合征50例临床观察

摘　　要：目的　观察丹参注射液及川芎嗪合用治疗中、重度妊娠高血压综合征的临床疗效。方法　中、重度妊娠高血压综合征患者 1 0 0例随机分为 2组。治疗组 5 0例用丹参注射液及川芎嗪治疗 ,对照组用硫酸镁治疗 ,2组均 5～ 7日为 1个疗程。观察 2组治疗后平均动脉压的变化、自觉症状改善情况及产后出血、胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息的发生率。结果　治疗后 2组平均动脉压均下降 ,与本组治疗前比较差异显著(P <0 .0 5 ) ,2组治疗后比较无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ;2组治疗后产后出血、胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息发生率比较差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　丹参注射液、川芎嗪合用治疗妊娠高血压综合征可降低患者平均动脉压 ,与硫酸镁比较有减少产后出血、胎儿宫内窘迫及新生儿窒息 。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Salvia Miltiorrhiza injection combined with ligustrazin on patients with moderate or severe pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome (PIHS).Methods 100 patients with moderate or severe PIHS were randomly divided into two groups. 50 patients in treat ment group were treated with Salvia Miltiorrhiza injection and ligustrazin;the other 50 patients in control group were treated with magnesium phosphate,with a treatment course of 5～7 days for both groups.The change of mean arterial pressure,improvement of syndrome and condition of postpartum hemorrhage,fetal intrauterine hypoxia and newborn asphyxia were observed.Results The mean arterial pressures after treatment were lower,as compared with those before treatment in both groups (P<0.05).But no significant difference was shown between two groups after treatment (P>0.05).There were significant differences in the incidence of postpartum hemorrhage,fetal intrauterine hypoxia and newborn asphyxia between two groups after treatment (P<0.05).Conclusion Salvia Miltiorrhiza injection combining ligustrazin therapy for PIHS can decrease mean arterial pressure and has more advantages in decreasing postpartum hemorrhage,fetal intrauterine hypoxia,newborn asphxia and improving headache,as compared with magnesium phosphate.
