摘 要:随着环境保护标准的日益严格,开发新型、廉价、高效的水处理材料也日趋紧迫。首先简要地介绍了非金属矿物材料———膨润土的矿物学特征。这些特征使得膨润土具有许多优良的基本特性,如电负性、离子交换性能等等。如果进一步针对膨润土的一种或者某些特性加以改性,膨润土就非常有可能在实际工程中被广泛应用。其次较为详细地综述了膨润土在废水处理中应用的现状,主要是作为制备吸附剂和絮凝剂的原料。而且,由膨润土改性所制成的吸附剂或絮凝剂对废水中的无机、有机污染物都有较为理想的去除率。最后,对膨润土的应用前景进行了展望。The stricter the standards of environmental protection are day by day, the more urgent it is to develop new, lowcost and highefficient water treatment materials increasingly. Firstly, mineralogical characteristics of nonmetal mineralsbentonite are briefly introduced.They give bentonite possess lots of excellent basic characteristics such as electrification property and ion exchange property and so on. If one or some of the characteristics of bentonite are further modified accordingly, it is likely for bentonite to be widely applied in practical projects. Secondly, the present application of bentonite to wastewater treatment, which has mainly been used as the raw material of making both adsorbent and flocculant, is summarized in detail. Moreover, inorganic and organic pollutants in wastewater are removed efficiently by using adsorbents or flocculants made from bentonite. In the end, the future application of bentonite is predicted.
