摘　　要：提出一种新的消除彩色图像中脉冲噪声的滤波法.该滤波法依据简单的局部纹理分析而自动选择使用标量中值滤波或者使用矢量中值滤波:当局部区域不存在明显的纹理时,使用标量滤波,否则使用矢量滤波.由于大多数自然图像都有低通特性,因而该滤波器大多数时间运作于标量模式.实验表明,文中提出的方法其计算量比标准的矢量中值滤波器少得多,但性能却同样优良.This paper proposes a new filtering approach for removing pulse noise in color images. The proposed approach uses either a scalar median filter or a vector median filter according to simple local texture analysis: when the local area is not heavily textured, a scalar filter is used; otherwise a vector filter is used. Since most natural images have a lowpass property, the proposed approach operates on the scalar mode most of the time. Experiments show that the proposed method provides comparable performance with much less computation requirement than a standard vector median filter.
