犬型钩端螺旋体抗血清被动免疫保护力初步测试

摘　　要：目的 :拟通过大型钩端螺旋体 5 6 6 0 3株 39KD抗原抗血清的制备及其抗血清免疫保护力测试 ,为钩体病的诊断与防治研究提供资料。方法 :将 39KD抗原采用四种方法接种家兔制备抗血清 ,然后通过被动免疫途径 ,对其抗血清免疫保护力进行测试。结果 :四种方法接种家兔制备的抗血清凝集效价均在 2 0 0左右 ,四者无显著差异。除 1株非致病钩体PatocⅠ外 ,其抗血清能保护豚鼠免受 10株致病性钩体 ( 10群 10型 )的攻击。结论 :犬型钩体 39KD抗原抗血清 ,具有很好的动物免疫保护作用 ,具有种特异性 ,值得进行深入的研究。Objective:To provide technical material of new vaccine and diagnosis of leptospirosis through the study on preparation of 39KD antiserum of leptospira 56603 strain and detection of its immunoprotection.Methods:The 39KD antiserum of leptospira canicloa 56603 strains was prepared by 4 different immunity methods and its immunoprotection was tested by passive immunity.Results:The agglutination value of 39KD antiserum prepared by 4 different immunity method was 200 or so and almost the same.The antiserum of leptospira canicola 56603 strains can protect cavies from the attack of 10 strains leptospira interrogan(10 serovars of 10 serogroups)except l strain leptospira biflex Patoc I.Conclusion:The 39KD antiserum of canicola leptospira 56603 strains with species-special characteristics have the function of the immunoprotection,which is worth further study.
