摘 要:目的 :制备以卡波姆 (Cb)为阻滞剂的红霉素缓释栓并研究其处方组成、制备工艺。方法 :以PEG6 0 0 0、PEG4 0 0为基质 ,加入生物粘附材料卡波姆制成红霉素缓释栓 ,采用紫外分光光度法测定红霉素缓释栓中红霉素的含量及溶出度。结果 :在 1h以前的溶出动力学过程接近 0级速度过程 ,普通栓 2h溶出 91 2 1% ,5h溶出 95 92 %。缓释栓B 2h溶出 76 2 6 % ,5h溶出 94 0 2 %。缓释栓C 2h溶出 6 9 70 % ,5h溶出 89 6 0 %。缓释栓C的体外释放优于单独以Cb作缓释剂的缓释栓B。结论 :与普通红霉素栓剂相比 。Objective:To prepare the erythromycin sustained-release suppositories using Carbopol(Cb)as the blocking agent and study its components of prescription and method of preparation.Methods:PEG6000 and PEG400 were used as kith base material to prepare erythromycin sustained-release suppositories using Cb as the blocking agent.Ultraviolet spectrophotometer method was used to measure the content of erythromycin and its dissolution.Results:Before the 1 st hour in stripping dynamic course,the stripping speed was 0 or so.At the 2 nd hour,the stripping percentage of common suppositories,sustained-release suppositories B and sustained-release suppositories C was 91 21%,76 26% and 69 70%,respectively.At the 5 th hour,it was 95 92%,94 02% and 89 6%,respectively.The release in vitro of sustained-release suppositories C b was better than that of suppositories B.Conclusion:Compared with common erythromycin suppositories,the sustained-release suppositories using Cb as blocking agent can effectively decrease the speed rate of drug-release.
