新老复方夏天无片药效作用的比较

摘　　要：采用耳壳肿胀试验、热板法、冰浴加肾上腺素所致大鼠血瘀模型 ,比较了新老复方夏天无片在抗炎、镇痛及活血化瘀三个方面的功效 ,结果发现新制剂的复方夏天无片在镇痛作用和活血化瘀方面优于老制剂 ,而在抗炎效应方面差别不明显。To compare the effects of New with Old Re prescription Xia Tian Wu sheet on anti inflammation,relieving pain,promoting blood circulation and relieving blood stasis,auricle of ear swelling test,hot plate test,ice bathed and adrenaline induced rat blood stasis models have been applied.It is resulted that new Xia Tian Wu preparation is superior to the old preparation on pain relief and promoting blood ciculation and improving blood stasis,but has not obvious difference on anti inflammation.\;
