摘　　要：　根据华能德州电厂三期工程机组调试的实际情况,介绍了GE生产的660MW汽轮机启动调试的过程、特点,以及出现的问题现象和解决方法,分析了启动控制的性能,提出了此类机组启动调试前后应做的准备和调研,对大型进口汽轮机的启动调试具有一定的指导意义。According to the actual circumstances during the c ommissioning of the turbines in the 3rd phase project of Huaneng Dezhou Power Pl ant, the commissioning and startup process and characteristics of the 660MW turb ines manufactured by GE are briefly described. The problems phenomena and its so lution to the troubles are introduced, the performance of the startup control sy stem is also analyzed in this paper. The essential preparation and investigation work before the commissioning and startup of similar turbines are put forward, which will be beneficial to the smooth commissioning and startup of imported lar ge-capacity turbines.
