盐酸阿扑吗啡片剂对去势大鼠的壮阳作用和生殖器官质量的影响

摘　　要：制备雄性去势大鼠模型,测定给药各组去势大鼠阴茎勃起潜伏期和生殖器官质量.结果表明:与单纯模型组相比,盐酸阿扑吗啡在外部刺激下能提高雄性去势大鼠阴茎的兴奋性,阴茎勃起潜伏期缩短,而给药各组生殖器官的质量和脏器指数与去势大鼠模型组比较均无明显差异.盐酸阿扑吗啡对雄性去势大鼠具有壮阳作用,对生殖器官组织无明显影响.By preparing the models of castrated male rats, this paper determined the latent period of penis erection and the weight of genital organ among each group of castrated rats administrated apomorphine hydrochloride. The results showed that when the castrated model group administrated apomorphine hydrochloride was compared with the simple model group not administrated apomorphine hydrochloride, the apomorphine hydrochloride used in castrated model group could promote the excitement of castrated male rats' penis, and could cut down the latent period of their penis erection; meantime, there was no obvious difference in the weight and exponents of genital organs between drugadministrated groups and simple model group. Thus it was drawn that apomorphine hydrochloride had an effect on promoting the vital function of castrated male rats and no obvious effects on the tissue of their genital organs.
