摘　　要：目的 :探讨关节镜下清理刨削、髌外侧支持带松解术对膝关节骨性关节炎的治疗效果。方法 :本组共 3 2例 ,男 13例 ,女 19例。年龄 :48～ 69岁 ,平均 5 7岁。采用关节镜下清理、刨削 ,髌外侧支持带松解术治疗。术后结合康复训练。结果 :3 2例术后伤口均一期愈合 ,未发生血膝。平均随访 2 8个月。治疗有效 3 1例 ,有效率 96%。Lysholm评分 :术前 5 4± 12 ,术后 87± 6(P <0 .0 1)。结论 :膝关节镜下清理、刨削 ,髌外侧支持带松解术 ,可以明显缓解、消除膝关节骨性关节炎的疼痛 ,取得满意的临床效果。Objective:To investigate the treatment results of knee osteoarthritis with arthroscopic debridement and lateral release of the patella. Methods: Thirty-two patients with knee osteoarthritis were 13 male and 19 female and had an averge age of 57 years(range, 48～69 years). All patients underwent a arthroscopic debridement and lateral release of the patella. The rehabilitation programe was performed for the patients postoperatively. Results: All patients but one reported subjective satisfactory results with 28 months following-up in average. The effective rate was 96%. Lysholm knee score: 54±12 preoperative; 87±6 postoperative( P <0.01).Conclusion: Arthroscopic debridement and lateral release of the patella could be an effective surgical procedure to alleviate pain of the knee in patients with osteoarthritis so long as the tight lateral retinaculum of the patella and limitation of a medial patella glide had been evaluated thoroughly preoperatively.
