二铬酸氢四吡啶合钴(Ⅱ)存在下吡啶叶立德与1,4-萘醌的反应

摘　　要：研究了在 [(Py) 4 Co(HCrO4) 2 ]存在下 ,吡啶叶立德、喹啉叶立德或异喹啉叶立德分别和 1,4 萘醌反应 ,一步法合成萘并 [2 ,3 a]中氮茚 7,12 二酮类衍生物 (6a～ 6d ,8a～ 8c ,10a～ 10c)的结果 .该方法原料易得 ,反应条件容易控制 。A one pot procedure was developed to prepare the derivatives of naphthoindolizine 7,12 quinones (6a～6d, 8a～8c, 10a～10c) in moderate yields (31%～82%) by a 1,3 dipolar cycloaddition reaction of pyridinium N ylides (4a～4d), isoquinolinium N ylides (7a～7c) or quinolinium N ylides (9a～9c) to 1,4 naphthoquinone, followed by an aromatization, in the presence of tetrakispyridine cobalt(Ⅱ) dichromate (TPCD).
