三峡电能入湘后湖南电网的发展规划及分层分区探讨

摘　　要：根据三峡电能入湘后湖南电网的发展规划及特点,结合系统潮流、稳定、短路计算分析,对全省主干电网的分层分区及500/220kV电磁环网问题进行了研究探讨,提出了将来分层分区及高低压电磁环网开合环运行的设想和建议,供有关规划和运行部门参考。Based on developing,planning and characteristics of hunan power network aft er large amount of electricity flowing in from three gorge project,and combin ed with calculation and analysis on system power flow,stability and short-circ uit,discussion and research on some issues of the voltage-grading and distric t-di viding in the main power networks of the whole province as well as500/ 220kV electromagnetic loops were present in this paper,some ideas and propo sals on the voltage-grading and district-dividing along with HV and LV electro mag netic loops under closing&opening loop operations for reference of the re lated planning and operation departments were put forward.
