摘  要:为实现长期可靠的极柱密封,出现了各种各样的极柱密封结构。研究了把密封结构基本单元归结为胶粘剂、橡胶、铅套和塑料电池盖、极柱等,并分别做了简要分析;把极柱密封结构归结为四种基本密封结构:机械压缩密封结构、胶粘剂密封结构、铅套密封结构和硫化橡胶密封结构,详细讨论了各种基本密封结构的优缺点,相应提出了设计与制造中的注意事项和建议。Various seal str uctures of post for lead-acid battery we re invented in order to realize high rel iability and efficiency. The basic units of post seal structures were sorted int o adhesive, rubber, lead bushing, plasti c cover and lead post pillar, and each se aling unit was analyzed. The post seal s tructures were classified into four type s, i.e. the mechanical compression post seal, the adhesive post seal, the lead b ushing post seal and the vulcanized rubb er post seal. The virtues and defects of the basic seal structures were discusse d in detail and the corresponding precau tions and suggestions for design and man ufacture were presented.
