摘 要:通过实验阐述了容量、充电态内阻对电池大电流启动放电性能的影响,特别强调超高倍率镉镍蓄电池的放电电压不仅与电池容量有关,更与电池充电态内阻有关。针对生产中单体电池容量和内阻的离散性大的问题进行了分析研究,依据电池性能一致性的规律在生产中控制极板厚度误差在±0.02mm内,极组质量误差不超过0.04g,隔膜厚度误差在±0.003mm内,面电阻误差在±0.01Ω·cm2范围内,规定极耳与极柱间紧固力矩值。从根本上保证单体电池大电流启动放电性能一致,使电池组具有稳定的性能。The effect of ca pactity and internal resistance on start -up discharge performence of Ni-Cd batte ry at large current was described via ex periments. The discharge voltage of ultr a-high rate Ni-Cd battery is related to not only the capacity but also the inter nal resistance. The dispersibility of ce ll capacity with internal resistance dur ing manufacturing process was also analy zed. According to the consistency law of battery performance, the error of plate thickness, plate group weight, separato r thickness and surface resistance durin g manufacturing process was controlled w ithin ±0.02 mm, 0.04 g, ±0.003 mm and ±0 .01 Ω·cm2 while the fastening moment va lue between tab and post was regulated. Therefore, the consistency of srart-up d ischarge performance of Ni-Cd cell is en sured and the battery performance is sta ble thereby.
