摘　　要：介绍了铁壳电池生锈的成因和机理,模拟生产和贮存环境进行了锈蚀和防锈试验;认为,印铁商标在裁切后的切口上涂上防锈油、减少制造过程中的污染、降低环境温度和控制环境温度是铁壳电池铁壳防锈的有效措施。The conditions and mechanism of getting rusty about iron can of battery are introduced.By stimulating the production and storage environment,the rust and antirust experiments were carried out.It was considered that the measures,such as spreading the cut of iron can with antirust oil,decreasing the pollution in production process,reducing environment humidity and controlling temperature,could be taken to prevent the iron can from rusting.
