摘　　要：(半桥)三电平变换器的优点是其开关管的电压应力为输入电压的一半,该文从另一个角度提出它的推导思路,从中提取出两种三电平开关单元。将(半桥)三电平变换器的推导思路推广到所有的直流变换器,提出了三电平变换器族系,该类变换器除了开关管电压应力为其原型变换器的一半以外,部分变换器还可以大大减小滤波器,提高变换器的动态响应。三电平变换器可以广泛应用于高输入电压/输出电压、中大功率的直流变换场合。The most important advantage of the Half-Bridge (HB) Three-Level (TL) converter is that the voltage stress of the switches is only half of the input voltage. The derivation of HB TL converter is presented in this paper, and from which two TL switch cells are extracted. The derivation of the HB TL converter is extended to all the dc-dc converters, thus a family of TL converters is proposed. In addition to the reduction of the voltage stress of the switches, some TL converters have the merit that the filter can be significantly reduced, and the transient response can be improved. TL converters are suited to the medium and high power dc-dc conversions of high input/output voltages.
