摘  要:该文首次利用IFA300恒温式热线风速仪和六线涡量探针及其定位坐标系统,测量了HG-2008/18.2-YM2型切向燃烧煤粉炉等温模型屏区的涡量场,在上炉膛内,前分隔屏尾部,形成的湍流场不仅是三维有涡运动,而且伴随着涡的强烈脉动,沿炉膛高度、宽度、深度方向,该涡分别以3个分量(纵向涡、展向涡和横向涡)表示。首次发现:分隔屏(前屏)区尾部,炉膛右半部分有明显的分离涡,并且有些分离涡伴有方向相反的另一涡出现,分离涡的最大值,集中在炉内靠近右侧墙的地方。试验结果并表明,在右1片、右2片屏的尾部有大的展向涡和横向涡出现,横向大涡靠近右侧墙壁面。靠近右侧墙的涡量强度(2.6×103 s-1)约是靠近左侧墙涡量强度(8.75×102 s-1)的3倍,由于多组小屏绕流,使得在右1片屏与右侧墙之间的流体微团,在其尾部有最大的涡度,上炉膛内,右侧墙附近,不仅流速高,而且涡度大,为研究炉内水平烟道产生烟温偏差的成因,提供了理论依据。The IFA300 constant temperature hot wire anemometer and the six-sensor hot-wire probe,which is located on a 3-D movable frame for coordinate setting,are firstly used to measure the vorticity field in the platen zone of HG-2008/18.2-YM2 Tangentially Fired Furnace(TFF) which is isothermal model. There is three-dimensional motion of vortices in the platen zone of TFF. The experimental results show that longitudinal,transverse and spread vortices are formed at the tail of front platen along height,width,depth of combustion chamber,respectively. It is first discovered that there are evidently separated vortices,which have longitudinal property,at the tail of the front platen in the right half of the furnace exit. Also some vortices appear accompanied by another opposite vortex. The maximum vorticity is concentra-ted near the right wall of the furnace. And the experimental results of transverse and spread vortices show that there are big transverse and spread vortices at the tail of the right platen. The big transverse vortex appears near the right wall of the furnace. The maximum vorticity (2.6×103 s-1) near the right wall is about three times as much that as near the left wall. The fine fluid ball between the right platen and the right wall has the maximum vorticity because of the flow around multi-platen. It is observed from the experimental results that the velocity is high and the vorticity is very strong near the right wall in the TFF. It provides theoretical foundation for the reason why there is thermal imbalance in the TFF.
