摘　　要：介绍了我国农业利用外资的历史进程 ,分析了现状特点、存在问题及原因。提出了促进农业利用外资的相应对策。The application of the foreign capital is an effective way of the investment increment for the agricultural development. In the article, the application situation of the foreign capital in agriculture in China was present and some relevant countermeasures of the reasonable investment were put forward.
