摘　　要：论述了场畸变开关的工作原理、物理设计和结构设计,实验验证其能同时达到低电感(≤40 nH)、低抖动(约21ns)和大电流(峰值>500 kA)等指标,同时还讨论了开关的设计和实验的改进措施。The working principle, physical design and configuration design of the field distortion switch are introduced in this paper. Many targets such as the low inductance, low time jitter, high current and so on are confirmed by experiments. And the method of improving the design and experiment of field distortion switch is discussed.
